Boskify provides an AI-assisted desk for exchange merchants: payments, order handling, ads, and counterparty chat tools connected to exchanges and payout rails you choose to link.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the Services.

• Account details such as name, email, phone number, and business identifiers you submit during signup or KYC.
• Exchange and bank connection metadata (for example which exchange or payout provider is linked). API secrets are stored encrypted and are not re-displayed after save.
• Order, payment, chat, and automation activity needed to run Auto Payment, AdBot, follow-ups, and related features.
• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, approximate location, and logs used for security and reliability.
• Support messages and contact form submissions you send to us.

• Authenticate accounts, prevent fraud, and protect platform security.

We retain account and transaction-related data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to retention required by law or legitimate business needs.
